Product Description
The MSU44-18G is a 4x4 HDMI matrix switcher with full 18Gbps bandwidth and both analogue and digital audio De-embedding on each of its outputs. Each output can automatically downscale 4K to 2K where necessary to ensure that an image will be received on all Displays. The matrix has four methods of control: Front Panel, RS232, LAN or IR. A front panel locking feature helps prevent accidental operation.
Key Features
- 4x4 Matrix – Switch between 4x HDMI 2.0 inputs, to 4 x HDMI 2.0 outputs. Capable of 4K60 4:4:4 18G.
- Down Scaling – Each output can be scaled independently. Down Scaling from 4K to 1080p.
- EDID – Management of EDID ensures stable installation performance.
- Test Pattern Generator – Various Test pattern colours available to aid set-up, commissioning and signal cue facility. Selection made via RS232 commands.
- HDCP Control – Support and management of HDCP ensures compatibility. Convert from HDCP 2.2 down to HDCP 1.4 or simply put the unit into cascade mode.
- Front panel display – LCD display shows the current matrix routing and aids with visual confirmation of other settings.
- Audio Control – There is also audio mute function available too. Audio can be de-embedded from any input and presented as Digital S/PDIF (coax RCA) outputs, as well as analogue L/R Stereo audio oututputs (phoenix screw terminal connectors).
- Control – All functions can be operated either from the Front Panel, IR, RS232 or LAN.
